Auction Terms

By participating in this auction, all bidders agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by the auction organizer. Each bid submitted is considered a legal and binding commitment to purchase the item if the bidder becomes the highest bidder at the close of the auction. Bidders are responsible for carefully reviewing the item description, specifications, and condition before placing a bid. Once the auction ends, the highest valid bid will be declared the winner and the winning bidder must complete the payment within the specified time period. Failure to complete the payment may result in cancellation of the bid and the item may be offered to the next eligible bidder or relisted. The auction organizer reserves the right to verify bidder information, reject fraudulent or suspicious bids, and modify or cancel the auction if necessary to ensure a fair and secure bidding process.
